Ms. Mandy Deese, Senior Litigation Paralegal focuses her work on the firm’s litigation and subrogation cases. Her paralegal career includes successful resolution of auto, property, and marine subrogation cases; healthcare subrogation liens; class action lawsuits; and mass tort litigation. Some notable cases include securing recoveries with In Re: National Football League Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation; No. 2:12-md-02323 (E.D. PA.)(“NFL Concussion Settlement”), and In Re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig “Deepwater Horizon” in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, (“Deepwater Horizon Economic & Property Damages Settlement”) . Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Butler, Quinn & Hochman; Garretson Resolution Group; and a personal injury law firm.
